Where are you located?
Please see our contact page for our full address and map. We are in NE Leesburg in the Exeter Hills neighborhood.
Are you allergy (nut, dairy, soy…) friendly?
We are not a nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan bakery. While some of our cookies might not have nuts or other allergens in them as main ingredients, we are very sensitive to the fact that there are allergen products in our facility and we use some ingredients that are produced in the same facilities as allergen products. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that our cookies have not been cross-contaminated with an allergen.
What is your cancellation/order change policy?
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted. If you need to reschedule a pick up after you have paid, you must do so 24 hours before the day of your original pick up - if not, you will not receive a refund or be able to reschedule. If you cancel an order more than 24 hours before your pick up time, we will issue a store credit for the amount you paid.
Do you have a storefront?
We are a home-based bakery that has been fully licensed as an LLC and inspected by the Virginia Department of Food and Agriculture. We only accept pre-orders (at least 24 hours notice) and are not open for walk-in/same day business.

How do I pick up my order?
We have contactless porch pick up. The day of your pick up, we will send you an email with our address and confirming your pick up time. Your order will be placed on the porch at that time unless you let us know that you’re running late.
Do you deliver/ship your cookies?
Not right now, but we hope to one day!
How should I store my cookies?
Our cookies are best stored in an air-tight container and should be eaten within 3 days of purchase. If a cookie needs refrigeration, we will let you know by putting a sticker on your box.
